Couro Prod takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data is collected on this website, why, and what your rights are. It applies in accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message.
"Request a director" form: company, contact name, email address, phone number, project type, shooting country and dates, brief and any attached file.
We only collect the information you enter yourself.

Why we use it

To answer your message, study your project, suggest a director and send you a quote. This processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps) and on Couro Prod's legitimate interest in answering its contacts.
To measure the audience of the website and the results of our campaigns, only if you agree (see "Cookies").
Your data is never sold, and never used to send you advertising without your consent.

Who can access it

Only the Couro Prod team. Your contact details are not passed on to directors: Couro Prod handles every request and arranges the connection. Our technical providers (website hosting) may access it strictly within the limits of their work.

How long we keep it

Requests and messages are kept for [zu ergänzen] after the last exchange, then deleted. Attached files are deleted together with the request.

Where your data is stored

Hosting country: [zu ergänzen]. If you accept the audience measurement or campaign tracking cookies, browsing data may be sent to Google and Meta, including outside Senegal and the European Union.

Your rights

You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights to restriction and portability. Write to us at contact@couroprod.com: we answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CDP (Senegal, www.cdp.sn) or, in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.

Necessary cookies (no consent needed): your language choice ("lang", 1 year), form security (session cookie) and your cookie choice ("couro_consent", 6 Monate).
Audience measurement, only with your consent: Google Analytics ("_ga", "_ga_…", 13 months at most).
Campaign tracking, only with your consent: Meta pixel ("_fbp", 3 months).
